Can’t recommend Kirkwood enough! We knew we had a refrigerant leak, but had a different company out to fill the refrigerant, but wanted to wait to have Kirkwood out to check it if the leak continued because they came highly recommended from a family member. Of course we lost enough refrigerant in 3 months time to cause an issue. We called Kirkwood and they came out and checked everything and provided us with all options to address the leak issue and we decided to do a complete replacement. No services or products were ever pushed, but everything was explained in detail so we could make the best decision for our situation. The following week our new unit was installed and the entire process from start to finish couldn’t have gone smoother. You won’t regret calling Kirkwood-everything was pleasant and seamless and everyone was so knowledgeable.

We couldn't be happier with the service from Kirkwood with our recent AC unit purchase! Very considerate and thorough explanation of all details and operating instructions. The guys from Kirkwood showed up on June 7 to install a new Rheem heat pump and furnace. Three of their workers showed and they were all very cordial, professional, and very clean. They had to move some ceiling panels to get to the lines and tubing and they had sheets and mats laid down every where. There was so much work to be done and they had it finished in a day. They cleaned up the area better they found it. Afterwards they showed us how to program the thermostat and use the humidifier humidistat for winter and how to set the dampers. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them. The owner Brad Kirkwood was very easy to work with and "squeezed" us in. We really appreciated that. If you need any heating or cooling work these guys are top notch! Thanks guys!
