A couple of years ago my wife and I were having problems with our heating and cooling system.
We called two different air Specialist to come out and give us an estimate and diagnosis for the repairs.
They both stated that the entire unit had to be replaced; to the tune of $4,000 to $5,000.
As a last resort and for a 3rd opinion, we asked Shane to come out and give us his diagnosis and opinion.
After inspecting the unit Shane came down and advised us that all we needed were some replacement parts, which he had on hand.
