Otis and Betty Ballard started our family owned and operated company in 1967.
Originally from Kentucky, Otis managed the family farm and had a mechanical design background.
He moved his wife and 8 children to California to work in his brother's plumbing, heating and air conditioning company.
Shortly after arriving in California Otis branched off the family business.
At that time Otis was a one man shop with his oldest son helping out after school and on weekends.
Over the years as his sons grew older they worked in the family business and learned from their father first hand, the value of treating the customers right and running an honest company.
