It is with mixed emotions that I am finding myself writing this letter to each of you. I started KenCo Heating and Air Conditioning nearly eight years ago after working as an employee for another company, watching my kids grow up and missing too much of their lives. I wanted the freedom to be able to be available for them as they only grow up once.
At the time I never would have dreamed I'd be where I am today. KenCo has grown to serve over 250 individuals, businesses, and landlords this year alone. Two years ago I was blessed to meet Isaac Hoffman and bring him onboard as an apprentice to the business. Each and every one of you have been a part of what has made KenCo successful and I am truly grateful to all of you for your patronage and loyalty.
To me each of you are more than just a customer or an invoice number. You are friends that I would have otherwise, in many cases, never met. With all of that said, I feel the need to share with you changes that are happening in my life. To start with our kids are no longer kids (as happens way to fast).
