We recently hired Sure Mechanical to provide service and preventative maintenance at one of our facilities. I just wanted to take a moment and say Thank You. Your staffers Gregg Nicholl and Amanda Long showed a dedication to quality that I feel is rarely seen in today's workplace. Our systems were in a bad state from three years of neglect by the previous contractor charged with providing preventative maintenance.
Gregg and Amanda brought our systems back to a pristine condition that I thought I would never see again. The work had to have been difficult but they stayed the course and saw it to completion, the right way, when others would have found a more simple or easier way by cutting corners.
