Jon's plumbing and heating industry experience dates back to the early '80s with jobs at a distributor, and working for a plumbing and heating contractor.
Following college, Jon worked as a mechanical engineer and in marketing and management before he joined the rep agency in 2001.
Jon has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from North Dakota State University and a MBA from the University of Minnesota.
Lenny comes from a broad experience base, including business owner, construction project management, and various sales roles, including residential HVAC Sales.
