Mountain Air Comfort Systems is a local, family-owned HVAC company specializing in whole house performance.
It was originally opened in 1995 as a one-man business, operating out of a garage, focusing on new construction HVAC installation.
As the new construction economy boomed, our business grew with it.
We currently have ten service and installation vehicles serving the metro Denver area.
Our staff includes NATE-certified technicians, trained installers, custom sheet metal fabricators, new construction duct designers, and a knowledgeable friendly office staff.

Our HVAC company goes above and beyond the call of duty to make sure you are happy with the variety of services we offer.
We also perform system inspections per state requirements, as well as for real estate transactions.
When you call us for any of your comfort system needs, know that you will be getting the best technicians for the job.
The diagnostic/trip fee is $95.
This includes the first hour of diagnostic any additional hours needed for diagnostic will be charged at $75 per hour; once the technician finds the problem he will discuss the cost to fix the problem with the homeowner.
If the homeowner chooses to have the problem fixed that day the diagnostic/trip fee will not be charged.
If we have to return at a later date to fix the problem no trip charge will be applied to the second visit if it is scheduled within a week of the original call.
Extended equipment life - Manufacturer's recommend annual maintenance completed by a licensed professional to help extend the life of equipment.
Please contact the office for pricing on additional units such as Steam Humidifiers, Media Air Cleaners, etc.
Yes, we send out email or post card reminders when it is time for your scheduled maintenance.
If my system fails while I am a Peak Program Member do I still have to pay for the repair?
Yes, Peak Program Members do receive 15% off repairs and priority scheduling.
Is the power on to the AC unit outside?
By the AC unit outside there is usually a large breaker; make sure that is set to the "on" position.
Do you see the lines inside the furnace frozen or water at the base of your furnace/air handler?
Turn the AC unit off for 24 hours to let it thaw out.
This may be caused by a dirty filter; remove and replace the filter.
If the lines freeze again then turn the unit off and call for service.
Note: Air conditioners are designed to condition the air (remove moisture).
