The PG&E Multifamily Cooling Optimizer Program provides Free HVAC upgrades to eligible multifamily buildings in California's Central Valley to improve the performance and energy efficiency of heating and air conditioning systems.
Western Heating & Cooling will provide up to a total of 1 lb of refrigerant per eligible unit per property at no cost.
For example, a property with 50 qualified units would be eligible for up to 50 lbs of refrigerant at no cost even though some units may need more than 1 lb of refrigerant, some units may need less than 1 lb refrigerant, and some units may not require any additional refrigerant.
