Since our inception in 1981 by owner Tom Petruski, Tempco draws upon extensive industry experience and has established a highly skilled Service and Installation Department. We offer a full range of services including new construction, on-going maintenance, as well as long-term maintenance contracts geared towards our customer's specific needs. Located in Odenton, MD., Tempco services the Metro Area including Maryland, Virginia and DC.

To provide complete peace of mind, Tempco provides equipment service contracts and emergency service on all types of air conditioning, heating and ventilation systems, refrigeration and plumbing. We have a growing list of satisfied customers who rely on Tempco to provide the highest level of service for their mechanical and plumbing systems. Tempco offers a wide range of service levels from detailed Design/Build concepts, superior installation, routine maintenance, and comprehensive maintenance service agreements.
