Joel with Avalon air came out right away on Sunday to identify what caused our AC to stop pushing out cold air. He quickly identified and fixed the problem for a fair price. I called during one of our biggest heat waves, yet Joel came out same day as promised and had my system up and running in less than an hour. Replaced the capacitor for my condenser fan motor.
He was upfront about some additional work I may need and he even tried to get it covered under a Rheem warranty (Compressor). Unfortunately it was out of warranty but he did not try and oversell it. You can be sure Avalon Air's number is going into my Speed Dial.
