Adon Complete Air Conditioning & Heating

This is my second time using Adon and just like the first time, the experience was great. Our heater wasn't working, and they were able to fit me in same day. Their tech Jason showed up on time, even called 30 minutes prior and provided excellent service. He educated me on what he was work he was performing, didn't try to "up sell" me and gave me some tips on how to maintain my system.

Highly recommend Adon for any HVAC issues you may be having. The service technician had a great personality and seemed eager to help get the issue resolved. He was on time and even sent a text with his eta. The tech spent a total of 3 1/2 hrs on our unit. During the appointment it became apparent that someone was rushing him to complete my service call due to how much time was spent diagnosing the problem.

The technician located a wire( through a big flash of light and pop) that wasn't completely connected to the heat exchanger and wrapped it with electrical tape. The service call was cheap however stated because he spent so much time there working on the unit that the office would make him charge me more (at the very end of the call when it came time to pay) and charged me over $200 to "locate a short in the electrical system".
