As fabricators and installers in the above ground and below grade tank industry in the 1990s, we know what it is like to be on a job site trying to follow a drawing that is not clear or accurate, or one that has numerous "red flags" that strongly indicates that the draftsman did not really understand what they were actually drawing.

We will prepare an Estimate for your job that outlines the scope of work along with an estimated price; the production deposit required to schedule the work, a schedule of payments for the balance of the work, and an estimated lead time for the various scheduled submittals.
Along with the Estimate, we include a Terms & Conditions Sheet and a Shop Data Sheet.

MEP is an industry acronym that stands for Mechanical / Electrical / Plumbing.
To industry insiders and detailers, MEP also denotes the use of 3D CAD software, 3D processes and 3D file formats rather than the more traditional 2D CAD formats.
In similar fashion to how 2D CAD processes have all but replaced the drawing board drafting processes of the past, MEP software and processing for shop and coordination drawings is quickly moving towards 3D formats.
These programs have many new automated features that result in much more accuracy and efficiency for shop drawings and coordination services.
