She had the opportunity to work and learn alongside her father, mother, and aunt, who played many roles in the management and daily operations of the company.
Her primary focus is improving the efficiency of the service call to make it an effortless experience for the customer.
She is a proud Downers Grove North alumna and has bachelor of music degrees from Northwestern University and a master of science degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
