AC and Furnace both needed replaced at the absolute worst time you could need it done. Originally had chosen another company to begin the process with because they were a little less, but had to sub contract some items before they would install. It drug out for so long we decided to go back to Fire & Ice and are so glad we did and don’t know why we didn’t just use them in the first place.
We were able to get a set up which worked best for our home, great financing and a super quick turn around time so we could finally beat this heat. The installation team was amazing and very professional. They were very thorough to make sure every single thing was working and that we understood every part of the system too.

Fire & Ice were very professional from start to finish. Initially I stopped by their office to gather information and was warmly greeted. We scheduled an appointment date with Technician Brad Angel who came by the next day. Brad was sensational, he was honest, upfront, helpful and best of all, he didn't try to use high pressure sales tactics, just straight forward, USABLE information presented in a personable manner. The installers Floyd Phillips and Daniqua Moore were a dynamic duo. They were professional, courteous, and on time. In fact, a few minutes early. They did a clean install which is to say that the hvac system looks great and so far is functioning without any problems. 5 Stars PLUS for the team from Fire & Ice.

The whole process was quick and easy. From the time I called, to the time the installation was done was about 10 days. Now I have an excellent new furnace and air conditioner for my home.
The salesman, Brad, was super friendly, and genuinely cared about the system meeting my needs, rather than just trying to sell me a system.
The install techs, Bobby and Nick, were very friendly, respectful and quick. They kept the noise and mess to a minimum and cleaned it all up afterwards.
I highly recommend Fire and Ice for your heating and cooling needs.

Wonderful experience with the company Fire and Ice Heating and Air Conditioning. Kyle and Bryan were professional and kind. A new furnace was installed in a timely fashion. Antonio was the person in the office I talked to and he was pleasant and knowledgeable as well. I would highly recommend this company.

Lane, Colby and Nick were excellent, professional and extremely polite. Very knowledgeable about all details and explained process of installation well. Brad has been responsive, helpful, and explained details for each unit before we made a decision from the beginning as well. I would recommend this company.
