Founded in 1992 by B. Augustus 'Gus' Sims PE, Sims Group has become a trusted and well-known name in the Asheville construction industry.
Originally starting in a small space in the 70 Woodfin building, Sims Group grew and prospered over the years and eventually moved to its long term home on Short Coxe Avenue.
Our portfolio of plumbing, HVAC, power & lighting designs is extensive and includes many large projects, not just in our beloved city of Asheville but also around WNC and surrounding states.
