Our team has Government Trade Qualification Certificate training, covering all of the latest equipment, safety procedures, and troubleshooting techniques.
Fosters have introduced measures to keep our employees safe, serve our customers with the highest standards and do our part to slow community spread of the virus. Our technicians are maintaining 6' of separation from others while performing tasks on job sites. If technicians are having trouble maintaining this distance and are unable to create the space, consider rescheduling the work to take place after hours when safe distances can be observed.
We are allowing our technicians to complete work orders without a customer signature, in order to avoid customer touching the in-field tablets. Further to this we will be avoiding direct contact/touching with people and will be not be allowing visitors into the office.
