APEX Engineering provides HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical designs for numerous types of commercial projects, from 500-square-foot well houses to 30,000-square-foot office buildings to 150,000-square-foot schools. APEX is able to design multiple system types using a variety of manufactured products to deliver code-compliant operational systems that meet the clients' needs, energy efficiency requirements, and budget.

APEX Engineering, Inc. was founded in 1993 by Richard Anderson and Daniel Peterson.
They are currently still owners, and in 2018 Justin Musser, who has worked for the company since 1999, joined them as an owner.
The name APEX was started with the following concept: Anderson Peterson Engineering Services, however, APES didn't sound like a professional business name to them (they were probably right).
Rick and Dan settled on APEX, which they jokingly kid the "X" is for eXtraordinaires.
All joking aside, APEX Engineering has provided the Chippewa Valley, Wisconsin and the Midwest with numerous eXamples of eXemplary designs and energy efficient building systems.

APEX has worked with local industries to provide functioning, air balanced buildings with energy efficient operation and control.
Projects range from small additions and remodeling to large Electrical/Lighting and HVAC upgrades at local government centers.
APEX has worked on numerous municipal projects that range from small well houses to large county highway facilities and electric cooperative buildings.
