In 1973 George Harrell, owner of George & Company, opened his first heating and air conditioning business.
In order to do this, he worked out of his residence operating with only one vehicle and having one employee, being himself.
In 1978, George and a few of his friends built a sheet metal shop next door to his residence.
This not only gave him a place to make his sheet metal, but also room to store units and supplies.
With the business growing, he hired three employees, two to perform install jobs and one to do service work.
