After many years of working in the industrial and commercial heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVACR) service industry constantly handling emergency calls providing 're-active' services, Alan Kahle, the company's founder, and president saw a real need for a more comprehensive service.
As a result, he founded Specialty Cooling, Inc. on the proactive principle, simply stated: "it's not good enough just to fix the immediate problem and leave the root-cause unaddressed, knowing future failures are inevitable."
