Ohana means "family". And here at Ohohna, we truly are just that. Family. Each member of our team is a member of my extended family, either by blood, marriage, or love. We want to be the one company you can always rely on to be straight with you when it comes to air conditioner repairs. Our technicians are exactly that. If your system needs repaired, we repair.
If it can't, then other options can be discussed. But we want you to feel confident that when you call Ohohna to repair your system, we aren't trying to get our foot in the door to sell you something you don't want or need.

We feel that customers that understand what a system should do, should NOT do, and should not be EXPECTED to do, go a long way to more satisfied customers.
It means that when the original part is extremely overpriced, or unavailable, we will always give you the option to save money by putting in less expensive, compatible parts as long as it does not risk your manufacturers warranty.
Taking what was broken when i arrived, and making it a functioning part of the family again is what I enjoy.
But, the day does come when replacement is the only option.

My family and I were Disney nuts.
We used to go to Orlando as often as possible.
Once, we went to the Spirit of Aloha Luau that they hold on the beach at the Polynesian Resort.
Being Disney, the Luau was both entertaining AND educational.
Of course they taught the true meaning of Aloha, but because of a Disney movie named Lilo and Stitch, they also taught us about ohana.
Well, my 5 year old son noted that Hohn (phonetically) was in ohana so it must be spelled oHohna.
Hohn being our last name.
And so a company name, and a company philosophy was born.
