Services
As the owner of Saxton Air Duct Cleaning, I take great pride in our team's work.
Having started in the HVAC cleaning business when I was 18, I quickly found my passion.
Over the years, I particularly enjoyed troubleshooting complex HVAC systems and the challenge of taking on jobs others shied away from.
These habits increased my experience quickly and contributed to my versatility as a technician.
Experience has taught me that the best possible outcome in HVAC cleaning requires two things: 1) staying current on modern HVAC cleaning techniques, consistently taking the time to "riddle-solve" on complex systems, and 2) having a diverse arsenal of state-of-the-art equipment to tackle even the most complicated and obscure problems.
We excel at cleaning air ducts in a variety of residential settings and all duct types, including transite or in-slab.
Our vast arsenal of state-of-the-art tools and decades of experience make us versatile trouble-shooters on complex systems.
Price covers homes up to 2500 sq ft (add $40 for each additional 500 sq ft).
Dryer vents over time become clogged with lint that sloughs off of clothes as they run through the drying cycle.
This lint buildup is highly combustible and gradually decreases air flow through the vent line.
Our air duct cleaning is designed to remove the maximum amount of debris and contaminants from inside your ducts, thus minimizing indoor air pollutants in your home.
Our decades of experience and vast arsenal of state-of-the-art tools make us versatile trouble-shooters on complex systems.
Results like in these jobsite photos are achieved with high-powered air duct cleaning tools wielded by experienced technicians.
We reject the good-better-best tiered service approach and offer only a thorough, top-level air duct cleaning.
When the lint that builds up inside a dryer vent line is met with the blow-torch that is your dryer's exhaust, a fire hazard is born.
Essential ammo for professional dryer vent cleaning is the reverse-blowing spinning skipper ball.
It's as cool as it sounds - here's how it works.
The tech feeds the tool from the dryer vent hood through the vent line all the way to the back of the dryer.
Once activated, the metal ball simultaneously spins and spits air through tiny holes on its surface, blasting lint toward the opening as it's pulled out.
Whether your HVAC system is heating or cooling, all the air that moves through it passes through the evaporator coil, making the cleanliness of this component critical to optimal functioning.
If the delicate fins on the surface of the coil become clogged with debris, air flow throughout the system becomes choked, inviting breakdowns.
In the image below, the tiny aluminum fins of the coil are not even visible, completely suffocated by pet fur and other debris several millimeters thick.
In a situation such as this, air flow through the system is greatly hindered and the furnace or AC is working much harder than necessary in order to reach target temperature, causing much wear and tear on system components.
