Low refrigerant, dirty evaporator coils, a faulty blower motor or relay, even a dirty air filter or a combination of these issues could freeze any air conditioner.
Turn off your system and allow it a few hours to thaw completely.
Once the ice is all melted, change out the air filter and turn the system back on.
If it freezes again, call us and we'll send a technician to provide a diagnostics.
