I started my own business in 1993. In 1994 I got into a PG&E rebate program. PG&E offered a lot of training and through this training I learned about the need to seal and test duct systems, I also learned about airflow and static pressure and eventually began to build much better, tighter, and more efficient heating & A/C systems. I was one of the first in the county to build sealed duct systems and test them with the appropriate equipment.
My customers were happy because my systems were efficient, they were comfortable with their systems and their energy bills were reasonable. I began to get recognition from architects, engineers, general contractors, and county & city building officials. I kept the business small for one reason; I wanted to be on each job so that I could keep the quality high and continue to deliver the kind of job that I was known for.

When I was growing up, my father owned a small drywall company.
I worked for him every weekend and summer from an early age until I finished high school.
This experience gave me a great understanding of how construction all comes together from raw framing to a finished home.
As the years passed and I continued to work with my dad, I understood more and more that the details of the framing and raw construction is where it counts to ensure a beautiful and long lasting finish.
After high school I joined the Marine Corp.

This is also our chance to notice any parts that have signs of wear and should be replaced before they become a problem.
Lots of service calls would not have happened had there been a good service/maintenance schedule in the last two years.

He took out the heater motor, took it with him to his parts supplier and was able to put the parts together that took care of the problem.
