My very old unit finally stopped operating properly. I called Etowah Heating and Cooling, and they were here within a day. They made my unit safer for us to run while we waited for our new unit to be installed. We didn't have to wait very long at all. A day or two later, they were removing my old HVAC and installing the new. Very clean removal and disposal, no trash left behind. It's been a week now with our new HVAC, and I can already tell it's much more efficient than the old one, and I should see it on my power bill as well.
I will also be using this company for regular maintenance.

Wonderful company.
I got to talk to the owner for a bit and found out that it’s a real built from the ground up company.
He went to the extreme to make sure everything was working properly before leaving. The company we dealt with for years before went out of business. I’m glad I found Etowah. Thank you to the owner and the hard working technicians working is this hot weather.

I have used another company that never really explained what was going on they just sent a bill with no explanation of why. They took the time to go over everything with me and my husband and gave us a list of options and ways to pay for those options. In the end we ended up purchasing a new unit rather than keep wasting money. Absolute best choice we have made. Thanks so much for everything!
