On any repairs that are needed, it guarantees our customer a 10-15% discount on parts and labor and no extra fees on emergency or after-hours service calls.

We called a company out, who replaced several different parts over several visits.
Nothing ever worked and after $500, he finally said we just need to purchase a new unit at $6,000+.
Jim's was recommended as a second opinion and they came out today to find that a piece replaced by the previous company was not the correct size for our unit.
