Stroke of luck finding Airmaxx - woke up with no A/C in a 100 degree week, went to the Trane website and found them as an authorized service company. Submitted a request for assistance online - received a call about 30 minutes after they had opened advising they could be at my house between 4-7pm that afternoon (I'll take it). Received a call back in an hour stating someone could be there between 12-4pm (even better!) Josh from Airmaxx arrived, friendly, professional (in a company van with a company shirt, plus a face covering for pandemic times) - listened to my description of what I had found.

He diagnosed and explained the problem quickly, showed me the old/new parts and advised exactly what was being done. The repair was fast, correct and the house started cooling immediately, family of 5 went to sleep in comfort after a balmy day of 86 degrees in the living room. Unit was seven years old with no prior problems, glad to have purchased a Trane, and equally glad to have found Airmaxx & Josh when something went awry. Thanks again - highly recommend Airmaxx.

Joshua & Jeremiah arrived on time for the appointment to service a Trane HVAC. They were very professional. They listened to my concerns (not relating to HVAC operation) and at the end of the visit, they answered all my concerns. The attention to detail was great. Joshua went beyond and set up the smart thermostat for us so that it is much more functional on the home screen.

We are grateful for that as it is much more user-friendly. He made sure that I had downloaded the app. on my phone (which I had) and made sure that everything was settled before they left. I will highly recommend Air Maxx for installation and service.

Hunter Warren is very thorough with his explanation of the maintenance he performs. He informed me of issues that will need some attention in the future as well as the estimated cost. Brand new heat pump system installed over a year ago and my heat bills were way up $$$! Both the installation company and another heat & air company told me there is nothing wrong with the unit or its installation. AirMaxx Mechanical came out and found two issues wrong with the installation and fixed it. Much thanks to Harley who went the extra mile to work out warranty issues so parts were covered and service could dispatch fast! (Warranty problems were created by the installer.) I was also very impressed with the technician, Vito, who is obviously very talented and knowledgeable about what he does. The professionalism and service of this team is exemplary! The prices are good and I highly recomend them!

Airmaxx was there for us when we had an emergency with our old air handler leaking water. Colonial plumbing couldn't come out til late, and Airmaxx came same day. Josh was courteous and professional. We now have a new Trane heat pump and air handler, high efficiency model, and couldn't be happier. We are now Airmaxx customers. Highly recommended.

Our upstairs AC wasn't working. My husband made the phone call to Air Maxx and Hunter, a service technician, showed up earlier than expected. He explained what was causing the problem and the estimated cost for repair options. We agreed on the repair and he fixed it that day. Hunter was very professional and courteous. I feel the need to give Joshua Smith a great review for the truly professional work he did getting my two air handlers working properly. We have had trouble since installation on these units. We called multiple company's to come fix them, without success. I will let all my friends know, Airmaxx Mechanical gets the job done right! Once again, Joshua Smith and Airmaxx came through for me. Joshua was able to get to us quickly and take care of the problem. Joshua is a true professional. Joshua told me last time that all the employees are well trained. I respect and trust this company.

We have used Airmaxx over the years and have had outstanding service! Their service personnel are courteous, personable and very knowledgeable in their fields. The management personnel are easy to work with and treat the customer with respect! I recommend Airmaxx to anyone in need of their services.

The blower motor on my home HVAC unit went out, and Airmaxx was the best price to come diagnose the problem. They were about $50 cheaper in the diagnosis alone and didn't tack on an extra "trip fee" just to drive to my house. Hunter arrived on time with a teammate. They were very professional, putting on shoe covers to enter the house and everything.

They quickly diagnosed the problem and then quickly went over options they could offer with prices and availability. Hunter made sure to ask a couple of times if I had any other questions, even unrelated to the specific issue at hand, like if any other part of the system wasn't working correctly or airflow itself wasn't where I wanted it. They came back bright and early the next business day with a new motor and exchanged the part and got everything working again.

This is a very professional company and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone with HVAC issues. The quality of work is outstanding and the attitudes of the workers can't be beat. Two BIG thumbs up! 5 Stars all day! Thanks Hunter!
