The employees were knowledgeable and did a great job of maintaining a clean work area upon completion. It's hard to beat the performance, efficiency and longevity of Carrier heat pumps. I replaced the entire unit after it was explained to me, by Louis, the difference on a 3 level scale of cost and benefits. It was my decision and it has paid off financially. I was so pleased I had my second unit replaced. My electric bill went from an average of $450 to $144.
