Customer centric. They did an excellent job examining my issue and presenting budget conscious options for me to make a decision that fit my schedule and budget. They were extremely efficient and professional explaining the issue and solutions without upselling or any other pressure. It is a shame I didn’t use Ryan’s Heating and Air sooner.

I'm new to town and needed an HVAC company. I asked my realtor who has been a lifetime Harford County resident for a referral, and he recommended Tim & Brandon. I was very pleased with Ryan Heating. Although, they were booked all week they found the time to service my HVAC system. Brandon was the service provider, he took the time to look over the system, made a couple minor repairs and took the time to fully explain things. He also, explained how I could monitor and maintain the system myself. I found the bill to be fair and reasonable. As a note, earlier in the week I had a different major HVAC and plumbing company come. They offered an inexpensive seasonal cleaning. The guy came in & tried a scare tactic to sell me an entire HVAC system for $5,000. (The large HVAC/plumbing company also, tried to sell me a water heater for $2,600 to $7,500. The major company said it couldn't be repaired. I had a different plumber come in and repair it for $200). I'm so relieved that I was referred to Tim and Brandon!

Tim installed our heat pump 20 years ago and serviced the unit with little issue. Tim and Brandon just installed our new Trane unit. He gave us all the options available with pros and cons. He made the decision easy. They are always prompt and polite and patient with all questions. It is a job well done.
