QHA is capable of all phases of sheet metal work and has worked on an extensive variety of projects including new construction, industrial, pharmaceutical, medical, educational, remodels and design-build. We have over 40,000 square feet of space dedicated to custom fabrication.
We are able to offer the highest quality coil, spiral and rectangular duct with plasma cutters linked to our CAD systems. Horace served as President of the company and Janice as Secretary. The first sheet metal job for the company was the Gateway Motel on Route 13 and the first air conditioning job was a house in North Wilmington.

It allows us to gain a better understanding of real project costs throughout the detailing, fabrication and installation workflow.
The Autodesk software used by Quality Heating and Air allows our drafting and CAD departments to reduce waste with tools that help us plan better, produce results faster and finish projects on budget.
We currently use Revit to design and model duct and pipe systems with mechanical design content.
