With us having a child at home on oxygen and the heat being well over 100 degrees heat index, being prompt was very important. With us using our home warranty we were at the home warranties mercy. We did not like the first company;s reviews, so I called and they scheduled us with Premier Refrigeration.
They were able to come a day earlier and first thing in morning, The way he handled himself and his business, we'll definitely be using them again. By the way, our house is cool again!

He started his career in new construction in residential eventually moving up to system change out and retro fitting in residential/commercial hvac.
After a few years, he moved on to residential service, commercial maintenance, service on hvac/refrigeration and commercial cooking equipment.
In 2012, Thomas became general manager at Excel service company until starting Premier Refrigeration and HVAC in 2016.
Today he strives to provide his customers with premier services to central Arkansas and surrounding counties.

Tommy came out on a service call and diagnosed the problem that a different company's technician said would most likely take 5 hours to diagnose.
Tommy diagnosed and repaired everything he could within two hours (he was able to fix additional things that another technician said couldn't be fixed without a lot of other work and cost).
He was polite, conscientious of his time and mine, and did his job without extra conversation, etc.
He said we should see immediate savings on our heating bill.
