Greenwood AC, Heating and Air Conditioning Repair, is a division of FPC, a family-owned company doing business in LA and Orange Counties since 1997. Elliott Franco is the owner/contractor of FPC, with over 21 years of hands-on experience in the construction field. Elliott moved to California at the age of 17 from New Mexico, and stayed with an uncle who was a concrete mason.
Elliott started learning all phases of construction from the ground up, literally. In 1984, he worked along side his uncle learning all there is to know about concrete. He soon out grew what his uncle could teach, and went on the work with other contractors. Elliott, over the next 13 years, worked in every phase of construction, until he got his own general contractors license in 1997.
Elliott now specializes in custom home building and remodeling with an excellance in customer service. During your dealings with FPC and Elliott, you may interact with Dennell Franco (Elliott's wife), Deseree Franco (Elliott's daughter), and EJ his 12 yr old son (learning the ropes of the construction business).
