Len's Air Conditioning and Refrigeration started as a small New Jersey refrigeration company in 1972. Len's passion for the trade led to his appointment as a teacher at "Conch Career Institute" where he recruited one of his top students, Dave Rood. Dave has lived in Seminole since 1968, and after serving in the United States Marine Corps decided to pursue a career in air conditioning.
Over 20 years, Len and Dave built a well-known company with a reputation for treating customers fairly. In 2005 Len's Air Conditioning partnered with Jeff Spicer to better serve existing customers and develop new business. Jeff began his career in air filtration in 1994, making the jump to HVAC service sales & management in 1999.
Today Len, Dave, and Jeff know that the company has unlimited potential, and they understand that the only way to approach it is with a daily focus on their primary goal of providing great service for a fair price.
