After working for a decade in the HVAC trade for one of the "Big Guys" in town, Michael Hlavay founded the business under the original name of Sierra Valley Home Corp.
A guest room in Mike's house was transformed into a home office and a 1970 Dodge truck became the service and installation fleet vehicle.
While continuing to provide quality HVAC services Mike's passion for building also led to the construction and remodeling of numerous custom homes, condominiums, and small commercial projects.
