Roger, a State Certified Mechanical Contractor CAC058007 joined our team in 1975 in the residential department.
When Roger began with Merritt Island Air & Heat it was mainly a residential company and he was tasked to develop the commercial department shortly after his arrival.
He had an opportunity in the 80's to purchase the company from the previous owner.
As he grew the commercial department so did the company.
He would later sell the company but stay on as President.
Eventually he and his wife had an opportunity to purchase the company once again in the early 2000's.
