Mohamed was amazing! He came out to give me a second opinion after a different company said it would thousands of dollars to fix my issue. With in 30 seconds he figured out the other company had miswired a part which was causing my issue! He was so professional and throughly showed and explained to me what was wrong and how he was correcting it. Even documented it so I can go back to the other company to try to get money back. I can’t thank him enough! Also shout out to Heather in the office for being so helpful and getting me scheduled so quickly.

Polar Express is hands down the best AC service company I have ever dealt with. My unit went down last week, and Mohammed came out and figured out the problem. He remained in constant contact with me throughout the weekend until my parts came in. Then today, Joe was sent to my house to install the new motor. He did an amazing job, and his customer service skills were second to none. My AC is running perfectly now and keeping my house nice and cool. I can’t stress enough just how good their customer service was. You could tell that Mohammed and Joe both really cared about getting the job done efficiently and correctly. I will definitely be using Polar Express for all of my AC needs in the future.

Just one day before our vacation, our a/c broke down. The motor froze and water was dripping from the vent in our living room. I called a few companies but only Polar express responded back. And I would say that was lucky for us!! Muhammad and Joe came in the morning and were very efficient and knowledgeable. They not only diagnosed, but fetched the parts from other side of Orlando and fixed our a/c the same evening!! They were very cooperative and understood our emergency. I am very thankful for their wonderful service and would highly recommend them.

Our A/C was not cooling well and we contacted Terry who came out to recharge it so we could make it thru the weekend. We selected a new unit to be installed and we are very pleased; more importantly, cool! Terry and his installers are professional, polite, and do a great job.

Our AC started blowing hot air late in the evening on a hot summer day. Which for us is an emergency as my husband's mother lives with us and she is a cardiac patient and cannot be in the heat. Terry came after hours and stayed until the problem was fixed. He is professional and honest. We would recommend him highly!!

Exceptional service, care and concern! For the first time in more than seven years I don't feel like I was ripped off by an AC company! My sister recommended Terry after I came home on a Saturday evening in June to an 81 degree (and climbing) house! Now that I'm of a certain age, I knew that if I didn't get the air fixed...someone was gonna get hurt! So I called Terry, scared to death he would recommend replacement for my 14 year old unit. I just don't have the cash stashed for replacement yet...but my word...it was a capacitor and he had it all done, including a great chat, in about 10 minutes! I will never, ever, ever, ever use another AC company... EVER!! Thank you Terry, for saving my husbands life!

When I first contacted Polar Express to request a quote for a new AC unit Terry answered promptly and was very accommodating in meeting our scheduling needs. His price was very reasonable (we had already gotten a few quotes) especially for the Energy Star Trane unit we would be receiving. Terry and team showed up on time and were all very professional and courteous. They installed the new unit in the expected time and even cleaned up as they went along. The rug and garage looks better now than when he arrived which I appreciate. I would highly recommend this business for your AC needs for Terry's professionalism, reasonable quote, and high work ethics.
