Bruce Thacker, the President of A+ Air Conditioning, Inc. dba Bruce's Heating & Cooling, has been involved in the construction industry in some form or another since he was big enough to hand his General Contractor dad a hammer. What started as a very temporary move in 1980 to the "World's Most Beautiful Beaches" to help his dad develop his investment property by building a motel and 24 townhouses, ended being a permanent home and his family running the finished venture.
Not one to be able to sit behind the desk instead of building the desk, he was itching to get back into construction. Already a Journeyman Electrician and Journeyman Plumber with extensive knowledge of everything involved in building, from permitting, breaking ground to final inspection and obtaining the Certificate of Occupancy. He decided HVAC was what he really wanted to do.
As his children grew, his son, at the age of 14 was very much interested in following in dads footsteps. Throughout the years they have built a strong, loyal client base across the states of Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana and Texas.
