WATCO Corporation was formed by three principles with over 90 years experience as a closely held business in March of 1972 to provide mechanical services to commercial, industrial and institutional customers within the Research Triangle Park area. In earlier days, the majority of work performed was typically schools, state government projects and office buildings.

Due to the broad spectrum industry within our area, WATCO at the requests of clients, began to diversify to meet their needs. We have gained invaluable experience working with and for major firms in the installation of Computer Rooms, Clean Rooms, Ultra Pure Piping (Micro-Electronics & Pharmaceutical) and special laboratory exhaust sytems.

Experienced gained has not only been in the area of technical installations but includes the enhancement of our in-house Safety programs through review and compliance with those of our customers.Throughout the past 20 years, WATCO has never failed to complete any project as scheduled. Our sheet metal shop maintains the most up-to-date production equipment.
