Michael at G&H is the man to call. Just after New Years, with the high temps hovering around zero, and overnight lows at 15 below, my 28 year old furnace decided to die. I discovered the failure at 4:00 PM Wednesday. I called Michael right away, and although he was very busy with additional service calls, he understood my situation and after checking availability, he called back within the hour with a couple of options, one to repair the old furnace and the other to do a replacement with a new American Standard unit, either of which could be implemented the next day. I chose to do the full replacement since the existing unit was quite old. To get me through a very cold night, Michael made a special trip to a home supply store and purchased four small portable electric heaters which he rigged up to provide a temporary heat source. This arrangement worked very well and kept the house at 60 degrees throughout a very cold night. The next morning Michael brought over the new unit and began tearing out the old furnace and installing the new. He also brought in another great tech, Ken, to complete the sheet metal work. All work was done professionally and the new unit was on line, providing heat to my house at 3:30 PM Thursday, less than 24 hours after a complete failure of my old furnace on one of the coldest days of the year!

I decided to go with this company based on the reviews and am very glad I did. Michael came to help as early as he could in the dead of winter. We came home Christmas Day night to no heat and so I immediately started looking. I feel that Michael did more than most people would because he could have just gone out and replaced a part he thought it was, charge me for that and then when that wasn't the problem make me purchase something else. Instead he did a little leg work, solved the problem, went to get the part and we had heat again. Thanks Michael! **Oh, he also pointed out other ways to help save problems in the future with our water heater - maintenance I didn't even know about. We will call on you again!
