Staff are very professional & courteous. The technicians are respectful of my home & arrive when expected. I have been using Sierra now for over 15 years & now in my second home. They installed a new HVAC system in my current home. They were conscientious about completing it in a timely manner since I had been quite ill & had recently undergone a bilateral lung transplant.
