My latest service today was done by Johnny Howard, an excellent and pleasant technician.
He diagnosed the need for a new capacitor during
his last visit and installed one today, along with a Rene - Halo and a UV BLUE TUBE.
This house has never had better quality air.
Another service recommendation was to change the vent pipe from the drip Pan to a one inch diameter from the previous 3/4 inch. This was done a year ago. It was not expensive yet made a huge difference in the efficiency of the drip Pan drainage.
