Hodges Heating and Cooling

AC stopped working during heat wave with temperature outside at 98 degrees and the feel like temperature of 111. I called Bobby, and of coarse he is a busy man during record high temperatures and he was booked solid for the next two days. I informed him I understand and told him that my 79-year-old mother stays at the house and I'm worried about her and this heat. I told him I will wait for him to call me back to schedule the appointment. Not expecting anything to get fixed in the next couple of days but, it warms my heart that Bobby called me back in just 10 minutes and said he will have a technician out there within the hour. True to his word, his guy showed and fixed the AC. I really appreciate what he did for my mother and recommend anyone needing work done to give him a call. Not only great service but good people in the world we live in today are hard to come by. Thank you Bobby for saving the day!!!

Robert looked at my heater and saw that my exhaust piping was rusted and falling apart. It was then robert told me that Carbon monoxide gases were leaking back into my house and not going out the roof. Not safe at all. I had no idea. He replaced it right away for a great price. I would recommend him to everyone I know.

Great experience. Hodges diagnosed and fixed the problem with my unit very quickly.Communication was great, he came as soon as I called and out in the weather. He was very courteous ,professional and reasonably priced also. Will definitely use again in future and would recommend to friends and family. Overall a great experience.
