I called Rhymes yesterday morning (our 3rd 100 degree day in a row) and they said they would not be able to come until today (Thurs afternoon). about an hour or so after the initial contact they called me back and the Service Manager came out himself at about 2 pm and got me up and running. He said that he normally doesn't do these calls but he was so great to come out and get me fixed up and then he said he doesn't carry the tablet to get my invoice or take my payment. They emailed it to me today to take care of online. I have called them in the past and they are always great. I would absolutely recommend to others.

Very professional and direct. Fixed the immediate problem and made it clear it was a bandaid, and because of the age of the unit wouldn't be practical long term. Didn't push anything or upsell anything, just made it work and gave good advice.

Rhymes installed a complete AC and heating system for us. (Ron &Matt; we're great, so nice and really quick, clean and efficient). Our home needed some adaptations to the ventilation system and Rhymes came back to make that adjustment without further cost. (Randy, great job). The professionalism and courteous dealings with all staff so far has been amazing! We couldn't be more pleased with our Choice and our Carrier Infinity system.

Our heating system (both furnaces!) broke down on a weekend. Rhymes came over on a Sunday. Aaron was tremendous-extremely helpful and courteous. He got one of the furnaces in working order. He handled the situation with diligence, politeness and care. We would deal with Rhymes again for any of our AC or heating needs. They are efficient, honest and customer friendly.

The Rymes folks are professional & courteous! We recently had a rep come & give a bid for a new ac/htg unit. The man I spoke with on the phone was very friendly and helpful. I was able to have a technician come out that same day. The technician was very professional and patient with all of my questions.
