My air conditioner stop working on a Saturday evening, so I called a well know air conditioner company. They arrived and fixed the system that lasted for 30 minutes after they were gone and charged me a lot of money. On the Monday I called PARISH COOLING AND HEATING immediately I loved their customer service ethics. The person on the other line listened and sent someone out within the hour.
The technician was awesome she told me the problem, checked to see if I had warranty, picked up the part and fixed the problem within 2 hours. Highly recommend Parish Long story short we had LOTS of issues with ole boy John (not going to blast his company) & his work. After not being able to get in touch with him to him saying he's gonna be here on this day but not showing or informing me he can't make it to not answering our calls. I 100% recommend Parish Cooling and Heating! Jen and Johnny are the best, and so friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. They went out of their way to ensure I had a new working furnace and coil by the end of the day, despite some setbacks (not on them) and having to work in the sweltering attic. Their prices are actually reasonable too! I didn't feel taken advantage of at all, which is refreshing. I'll definitely be calling them again with any HVAC needs.

Jen and Johnny were absolutely fantastic from beginning to end. They are extremely knowledgeable, professional and explained everything going on in great detail. They checked everything thoroughly. Their attitude is very upbeat and friendly. Their attention to detail is top notch. I had a lot of trouble with my A/C unit for several years and worked with a few different companies.
By far, working with Parish Cooling and Heating has been the best experience. Since my new unit has been installed, they have followed up to make sure everything is satisfactory. Excellent customer service.
