I contacted Alaskan Air to have my gas furnace inspected in preparation for the upcoming season. Better to be safe than sorry. My Tech, Nick was on-time ( actually he was early) and he confirmed why I had called and what he was going to do. He was very polite and professional and answered ALL my questions. My furnace was given a clean bill of health and the price I was quoted was the price I paid. I'm very satisfied with the service and highly recommend Alaskan A/C.

Alaskan Air Conditioning sold me an air conditioner 5 years ago and they continue to service my AC. The company was very responsive. They scheduled an appointment for our broken AC right away. Jay was a very professional gentleman and gave us great tips and recommendations. He wasn't trying to overstate the problems to charge us more. His colleague James who came by later to help him was also very helpful and nice. We were very happy with the service.
When they left another problem occurred with the AC and I called Jay. He offered to come by even though it was after hours but I asked him to come the next day. He was here first thing in the morning and fixed the issue. Thank you Jay!
