That's a great company to deal with. Highly recommended. I use them a few time and I am very happy with them. The tech that help me was Dimitri. Very professional and easy to handle. The dispatch that answer was also very nice and polite. 5 start for sure. They also very legit have 5 stars in other platforms like yelp etc Make it very reliable. The issue that I had is with heater for rental property. The fixing was included in the s call to come out. Very happy

The condenser fan in my AC unit went out, causing the unit to blow room temperature air and not cool the house. Anthony and Brianna provided excellent service. They were communicative, explained everything to me, were super nice, and worked fast. I don't think I could've asked for a better experience. Would definitely recommend them and use them again in the future if necessary.

I had a fantastic experience with H-Town. Of course, my A/C would break down a few days before I have guests coming in from out of town. I was able to get an appointment quickly, and the cost to come out was reasonable. Anthony and Brianna were the technicians that came out, and I couldn't have asked for better service. They were so helpful. They explained everything to me, they were on time, and got the repairs done fast. I will definitely use them again.

As first-time home owners, it's hard to find companies we can trust and who won't take us for a ride. H-Town AC gave us the most competitive quote for a new furnace and installed it quickly and professionally. When I followed up to make sure things were running correctly, they sent technicians to our door within hours. Anthony and Brianna were great about diagnosing and fixing any issues -- I just wish I could remember the HVAC installers because they were also great. H-Town AC stands behind their word and their work.

I have been using H-Town Air Conditioning for several years. They have replaced two of the condenser coils in my AC units, serviced and cleaning both units, and made repairs. I have been very pleased with their thorough and professional service. When our units stopped working, they were responsive and came out right away. Dmitri is very knowledgeable, professional, and respectful of my home.

He identified the issue and had team out to replace condenser coils next day so we didn't have to go long without AC. Their pricing is fair. It's been three years now and they are the only are my go to for AC/HVAC issues.

I dealt with several AC companies over several months when my AC was acting up. H-town did a great job troubleshooting the issue and ultimately fixing it. I dealt with Billy, Anthony, and Ivan (on separate occasions) and they were all wonderful, especially Billy. One thing I really appreciated was they showed up when they said they would. Another company I tried would tell me they would show up between 12-3pm, and then not show up until 6pm (and that was after I checked in with them at 4pm and 5pm.) Great work and I would recommend them to others.

They gave me the best price overall. They also saved me $800 on a new coil because they said it might still be under warranty. After calling the manufacturer, they were right. Installers were great. Kept the area under the attic clean. Mark, the manager or owner was great to deal with. I will definitely work with these guys again in the future. I even recommended them to one of my neighbors today.

Absolutely the best. My second time to use them. A large national company wanted $1,300 to do a job on my AC. As it turned out, I had H-Town come out last year to do the same job on my other unit, so I had some idea that I was being taken. When I called to see if they could look up my old invoice, not only did they tell me the price ($925.00 cheaper than the big boys), but offered to be at my house in 45 minutes to fix it! AND THEY DID IT - for nearly a thousand dollars cheaper than the fraudsters who were there earlier in the day. Major props to this business. Perhaps some of the best service I have ever received from any business in 40 years.

I had to replace my whole system and got a great one put it by these guys. Dima was very professional, super responsive, and had the whole thing taken care of in a few hours. Fair price, great work, and no hard sell. I highly recommend Dima.

My issue was confusing, but Alex was flexible, kind, and very strong. He moved a full fridge on broken tile, all on his own. He then competently fixed the problem, and was always very respectful and kind. I will call them again, even when it is not an emergency.

There were times my Heater wasn't turning on and also needed a nice inspection. Called Htown and right away made me an appointment for next day. Anthony showed up and was respectful and even offered to removed his work boots until he entered the attic.

Dmitry showed up at 4.40pm, Very friendly guy. He put on covers for his outside shoes before he stepped onto my carpet. He had fixed my house heater in less than 30 mins. I was very impressed by his knowledgeable on residential heater. Will certainly call H Town Services again for my A/C. And request for Dmitry. Thank you so much for a job well done.

I have a property that I am renting and I had an issue with the ac. Didn't work. I have a bit history with this ac unit and already spend a lot of money and I was hoping that I am not going to pay much right now. I was calling to h-town and answer a polite person. I was scheduled an appointment and needed to reschedule and that was not an issue. When dimitry the tech come he was not spending time, figure out the problem ( some disconnected wires and some electrical issue) and fix it immediately. The fixing was include in the service call. Everything done professionally from start and I had to write this review show appreciation. Thanks a lot! Thumbs up

I had my attic AC unit leaking. I called and they were able to come the same day. Semeon showed up on time, he was very knowledgeable and repaired the issue on the spot, he did an excellent job. It's the second time I used their services and would definitively recommend them.

Upstairs A/C was on the blink and it was HOT! Called and they scheduled in morning of 2nd day after call. Office called to confirm tech on way. Tech arrived on time and went straight to work. He was very professional and worked without my feeling the need to watch him. Wrote up invoice neatly and explained it. Was responsive with pricing for my question about maintenance deal, but did not try to upsell. We will be doing the maintenance deal with them, moving from a highly advertised provider. We are very pleased with our experience.

I have worked with other AC companies and was left with the impression that they're all a bit shady and difficult to work with. I am pleased to share that H-Town AC & Heating Service is different. They performed a full residential system replacement, including ducts. Pricing was competitive and straightforward (and did not change during installation), and their team was fast, professional, clean, and easy to work with in my home, despite the fact that my house proved more difficult than I believe they expected.

Following the installation, we had an issue with our new thermostat (component failure--not H-Town's fault), and their sales person/talented technician came back the same day, taking full responsibility for resolving the issue within a few hours. After working with other AC companies in Houston, I can't recommend H-Town enough. They're doing a lot right!

We had several contractors comes to our house to give us quotes. Alex was thorough, professional, and his price was the most reasonable. The work, as promised took a day and a half to complete. Alex and his friend showed up on time both days, worked hard and took good care of our home. They were both a pleasure to work with.

We live in a condo and asked that the repair person call us when he arrived so we could provided access to the building and our unit. He called as soon as he arrived so I appreciated the communication from the office to the repair person! Repair person arrived on time, went up to the roof in our condo to check our unit and sure enough it was low on freon.

He checked our unit inside our condo to verify all was well, checked the thermostat and remounted it as it was very loose (it was new and not mounted securely). We were good to go! Unfortunately freon is getting more and more costly to use and our unit is quite old and needs more frequent attention so we'll probably have to purchase a new one in the near future.

Until that time, around the clock has helped us keep this old one running! We've used them several times and have been fortunate to have knowledgeable and efficient repairmen each time. On time, competent, easy to schedule, always have needed equipment. Will use again! Not sure about the exact date of service as I'm late entering this review.
