My husband was very impressed with the service we were given and said the Tech was very knowledgeable and came straight to us first thing in the morning when we called after business hours the night before. Our AC was not blowing cold air and he fixed it easily and told us that our system was still under warranty so all we had to pay for was labor. Now were cool and happy in Texas hot October nights lol

Our AC stopped working at bed time. After a sleepless night, we called a few different HVAC companies and Grande Air Solutions had the best servicing fee. They got to us an hour after calling, and our AC was fixed within 30 minutes. Great service at a good price! Service: A/C system repair

Called late at night for a quote for someone to come check our AC. Our house was reading in the mid 80s for a month & we could figure it out & couldn't take it anymore. I'm sure she was the owner and she said she would have someone over the very next day. Ivan came the next day and looked at everything. We found out that the motor in the outside unit was broken. Thankfully it was under warranty and all we had to pay for was labor. He ordered the part the next day and installed it and it was fixed. They didn't charge an arm & leg to come out and inspect it.

A real straight shooter, with a knack for knowing how to explain the specifics to the respective audience. He was able to stop by during a weekend about 4 weeks after the install when a sudden issue came up with about 30 minutes notice! Astonishing!

Ivan, Nico, Barbara and Petra were AWESOME! My AC started to drip on Sunday. I made an appointment for a "check up" on Tuesday, but when the temperature in my home started to creep up, Petra managed to send Ivan out within a couple of hours. Ivan was patient and explained everything he was doing; within 30 minutes he figured out what was wrong, got me an estimate (which they honored to the penny), ordered my parts, and scheduled my repair.

When he found out that the part would have to be shipped, he came back at 8:00 pm to personally deliver a portable AC unit. First thing this morning, Nico (also very knowledgeable and professional) installed our new coil, and now the AC is running like a champ! This team is communicative, efficient, and some of the nicest people you'll meet. They're the real deal and I enthusiastically recommend them!

Jason Rodgers, the technician that came out for an emergency visit was professional, and explained everything clearly. He answered all of my questions in detail. The cost was fair and the warranty associated with the replacement part is good. Highly recommend, I will definitely keep Grande Air Solutions in mind for references and future use.

Izzy with Grande came out and installed a new unit for very reasonable price. They did great work and his make it right attitude is refreshing to see. When we had a clogged drain on Sunday, he came out at 8:00 after a long day and made it right. This was not his fault as the lines were not part of the new installation, but he made it right, and on a Sunday night.

He worked a long day and still have a very pleasant attitude and was still smiling when he left. Amazing person. I cannot rate Grande any higher than 5 stars or I would and I am a very picky person. Thank you.

Excellent service. Isael was prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable of not just the AC unit but with the HVAC service as a whole. Because of this experience, he explained to me the discrepancy in price and why he was more affordable than others. I would definitely call again if service is needed.

Isael and staff were very helpful, and Isael came within an hour after we called. He understood the urgency of the situation because it was a hot day and we needed the AC to stay on, instead of turning the unit off to keep water from coming down. Isael is also very knowledgeable and always works fast and diligently to fix the issue.

I own a Cellphone wireless business and yesterday my ac was not cooling and i call an ac company to come an fix it but their price was ridiculous they were charging me $8500 to replace the system. These are the guys you want to call for AC and heating. I've used them for 3 years. They are friendly, explain what's going on, and honest; have provided me short term workarounds and long term fixes for both my gas fireplace, heating, and now AC. My AC went out Thursday and it was replaced by yesterday afternoon and at an amazingly fair, competitive cost for a brand new AC unit. Zero pressure.
