They installed an a/c unit and two weeks later a new hot water heater. The work was done with the utmost personal care they work like they are working on their own house. Our swamp cooler just stopped working over night I called a few places and I couldn't get an appointment until next week but I have two little ones and I didn't want them in this 90 degree weather with no cool air thank god I called them they were able to do same day appointments. He was in and out in less then an hour, very professional and nice man would definitely get more work done by them.

We took bids from three different local companies before settling with Total Comfort solutions. Total Comfort was the last bid. The representative of the first company (company 1) was very professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to educate us on HVAC systems. He also gave us his best recommendations for the house. The representative was patient, kind and genuine. However, the price for the installation of the unit we thought most ideal for our application was really high.

The representative of the second company came and went without saying too much but his price was the lowest. However he did not elaborate or promised to do anything other than installing a unit (by that time I understood that installing a unit involved quite a bit more work) Then came John at Total Comfort Solutions. Just like the representative of the first company he was very thorough and professional in his explanations and what he was committed to do in terms of all the side work that comes with installing a HVAC unit.

His price for the installation of the most ideal unit (which, by the way, had almost all the same specifications as company 1's unit) came to about $4200 less than company 1's quote. The choice for us was obvious. John and his crew were careful not to make things messier than needed and he was also respectful of our privacy. On top of that, we got a box of free filters and carbon monoxide detectors all throughout the house. One week into the install and we are quite satisfied with our choice. I will do a long term review in a year or two.

Not only professional in his field, but customer service was A*. He introduced himself with mask & covers worn over shoes for safety measures. He took the time to explain every step taken to get my air back up & running & in no time I had air.

Before leaving he checked all the vents. All questions was asked & answered. After a job well done I decided to get a service agreement because it is most important to keep up my maintenance. This company is awesome. Professional over the phone. They send out texts to alert you when they are on their way. John and Donovan came out to inspect the a/c and heater unit on my roof. They were extremely professional and took the time to explain everything to me, with pictures. Will be setting up scheduled maintenance with them.
