Mark, Gyramil and Tanner installed a new high efficiency furnace and heat pump that included significant duct re-work. They worked efficiently, and provided a good quality product. I appreciated their attention to detail. They were willing to explain the new equipment to me and answered all my questions pleasantly. I would be happy to have them work for me in the future.

I have used many customer service companies in the past several years and by far Bel-Red Heating. is the best in many ways. Customer service on the phone, emails and text messages has been awesome, especially during Covid and even now. From dealing with the initial service technician, Wynton, then comfort consultant Joe and quality control manager Jose when looking at new heating options, and then on day of installation with Chase, Eric and other team members I was really impressed with the care they took in their work, their patience in explaining and walking me through different options and being flexible to my needs. We had BelRed install a new gas furnace and heat pump system to replace an old gas furnace. Michael, Scott, Justin, and Fidel worked hard all day to finish in the one day estimated, and Sebastian followed the next day for the startup and explanation of of the thermostat options. Michael explained the furnace details, and Justin as electrician walked me through the new wiring.

They kept the place clean, were not very intrusive as they had to come in and out of the house, and they were good with our dog, who was uneasy at the beginning but began to enjoy the action as the day wore on.

Daniel was very professional and helpful. He checked up our HVAC and provided helpful tips. He also helped us set up an alarm to change the filters. Matthew was also great checking on our electric panel, plugs, etc. He was knowledgeable and very patient answering my questions. I really appreciate that

Bobby and Connor and the rest of the crew did and AMAZING job. New Heat pump Furnace, new Electrical panel, Central Air, and Full house Generator. All done in 3 days. So friendly and professional. Great payment plan. Not the least expensive but if you want excellent quality, peace of mind, and great service you should look no further than BelRed Energy solutions. Will have them do any further work I might need. Trevor did a great job with the estimate and finance part in the beginning as well.

No complaints about the service, however, his arrival was at least a half an hour beyond the window of 1 to 5 PM. This may not have been his fault but I wish there was a way for service personnel to notify customers like me of their ETAs when arrival time is expected to be late. Further question: Jason said he turned off and air filter function while I was washing the two air filters. Now that these are ready to be reinstalled what do I need to do to turn this back on?

9/25/23 We needed to have a follow up call. System quit working. Kevin was the tech who was sent out. He explained in great detail what the problem was. Kevin was thorough, patient and we are very confident the system will be up and running smoothly once the new parts arrive.

Mitsubishi GS09 mini split purchase and install exceeded expectations for my home server room. 25-year customer. Chancy identified the best system, Tricia closed the deal with a competitive price, the install by Steve and Anthony was super clean and tidy (one straight run and a hidden "L"), Justin and Daniel were able to tie into my existing electrical runs to avoid any crossings, and Cody worked around dozens of Wi-fi issues.

System is silent inside and out, controlled by Alexa, and my rack temperatures are down 10C to safe levels. Only gotcha was Mitsubishi's Wi-fi adapter is antiquated and had serious compatibility issues with 2.4 GHz and Android. After 2 hours of fruitless debugging, cut our losses and moved to the Airzone Aidoo Pro. It connected in less than a minute via blue tooth and was full featured, but it mounts to the wall, requires a power brick, and some splicing. Cody did a great job making the best of the aesthetically unfriendly and utilitarian design. Mitsubishi needs to refresh their adapter so it connects using modern protocols and stays hidden inside the unit.

Bottom line, BelRed brought their A-team, creatively solved the problems we ran into, and they raised the bar in all areas. 12 year parts from Mitsubishi and 10 year labor via service contract. Great experience and super happy with the result. Quick side project review: Cade and Oscar were able to deftly add a pot light inside a very tight double joist bay without any wall board repair. I now have light were I need it! Others said it couldn't be done. Great job BelRed!

Gabriel Huevara was sent to help with an issue I had with a new heating and cooling system installed by a different company that went out of business. He spent 3 hours inspecting it and setting it up correctly. He was very knowledgeable on the modern digital system and digital thermostat. I am retired now but I have spent much time working with airlines on airplane heating and cooling systems. I could tell Gabriel knew his work well. Thanks to Bel Red for sending him.

Steven was phenomenal! He worked on both of my ac units addressing different issues with each, explaining everything along the way. He went above and beyond by changing his work schedule for the day to extend his visit (instead of making me have to schedule a follow up appointment) to address the issues he found. Oscar and Cody installed our EV home charger in the garage, then installed three new light fixtures and fixed a fourth - vintage original that we wanted to keep if possible. Fantastic work! Outstanding professionals, worked quickly and cleaned up everything when they were done. I've never been so happy with electrical contractors on my home or our rentals: best of four I've used. The a/c unit was brand new, but didn't work properly. After having it installed. Kyle was able to pen point what the problem was and order the right parts. Timely, high quality service at all levels. From appointment to keeping us informed about arrival, quote and then execution of the work. We wanted an instant heater and filter installed and it was little complicated because we did not have enough outlets and I wanted to make sure each of the connections can be turned off and on separately. Diego Torres did a good job. I would recommend both Diego and BelRed highly.
