Taylor Heating & Air Conditioning Technicians Mr. Camryn & Mr. Chad displayed and provided outstanding and very professional service to our home furnace. Mr. Chad was very knowledgeable and successfully serviced and conducted a tune up on the furnace and Mr. Camryn safely removed the old steel connector and replaced it with a flex connector on our other furnace. Mr. Camryn & Mr. Chad's outstanding professional skills; professional knowledge, and patience aided immeasurably in identifying and solving problem areas in the field of Furnace Maintenance.

Andrew W. came by to perform an electrical safety inspection. Was very thorough and provided some good insight on a few miscellaneous issues with our switches and keeping up to code. Will definitely come back to them with other electrical problems.

I have a 22-year-old furnace that stopped working in mid-October 2023, and Donny from Taylor Heating fixed it within 30 minutes the next day. I appreciate the customer service and the fact that I was not taken advantage of at this time of the year and with a furnace this old. Diagnostic visit with Chad was educational. The furnace in the garage (installed by previous owner) was nearly prehistoric, a dinosaur! Worst of all CO readings were enough to cause serious concern. Donny was very friendly and knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions. Josh and Anthony just finished the install and they did a great job. It was an all day job and they stayed late to make sure everything was installed correctly and working properly.

One of the best experiences we have had from any type of services we have hired (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.). Ron Cassel provided exceptional service for our HVAC system. The system had an error code showing no power was going to the heat pump and furnace and he was able to track down the actual cause of the issue which occurred during the installation by another company.

From the estimate to the installation these guys were great. So far it's been 2 days and I loveeeeeee our new unit. The whole house is warm and we are happy Nar helped us select the right unit. We were debating between the 18-24 and went with the 24. No pressure no quick sale, just gave us there opinion and let us decide between the options. Would recommend again and again.

We use Taylor's for different things in our home. Most of their people are great. They always try to get you an appointment as soon as possible. Their office staff is amazing. I would always use Taylor's. They are very professional and explain things so you understand what is going on.

Explained everything so we knew what will be done, tear down & installation in a easy to understand. Very personable, knowledgeable, helpful. The next day when tearing down and installing was done very professionally. Everything explained as they were working in a easy to understandable. They left area cleaner than when they arrived, very pleased! My only complaint would be instructions for thermostat were not in English, although was in many other languages, which of course we could not decifer.

My family got me to try Taylor heating, they treated my parents well and they have held up greatly at my home too. Jonah was very friendly and professional and gave us confidence in the quality of service we received. Solid work, no call backs, they show up on time, and ready to work. Joe was wonderful. He seemed extremely knowledgeable and performed a thorough analysis/diagnostic and quickly identified the cause of our AC unit not working (refrigerant leak). He was also very friendly and professional. The cost of the diagnostic was extremely reasonable and I would recommend using Taylor, and wish we would have called them previously, especially given the fact that the issue that was identified was same one that was supposed to have been fixed by another AC repair company who came out to do work on the unit previously.

My husband and I had our A/C unit installed today, and we could not be more happy with our decision to go with Taylor Heating & Air Conditioning. From the initial phone call to schedule the quote, Taylor Heating & Air Conditioning has been great to work. He was thorough with his information and provided us with a clear price breakdown. (He also recommended a good deli near where we live, which is just another perk!) With our furnace being in the attic, the work is much more demanding, but both Michael and David worked nonstop throughout the day.

Had a consult with Donny on a Wednesday. Very professional and straight up. Looking to make sure I got the best for my house and money. Decided to go with Taylor and had an appointment on Friday to have my air conditioner installed. Joey and Brandon came on time and got the job done in 3 hours. So far so good, and just in time for summer! Recommend to anyone who is needing an A/C unit in the Spanaway/Puyallup area!

Chad was early for the appointment, he is very knowledgeable about the products and gave us options. What I like mostly about this business is that they do not require any payment from you until the job is completed. We have not finalized on the company to go for but Taylor heating and air conditioning is top on the list. I will update after installation if we choose this company. Update.

We decided to work with Taylor heating and cooling. They promised to be at our home between 8am to 10am. Just like the first appointment, they arrived 5minutes after 8am. They have such discipline staffs that values people's time. The crew was very knowledgeable and respectful, they know their craft and fix the unit in a timely manner. After installation, Josh explained what work was done and how to manage the system. Just to add, I got a better deal with this company than what pacific heating and cooling was offering for the same exact product. Good company to work with.

I noticed that the representative whose name was Nar was very honest and trustworthy. He had a very positive attitude which not too many salesmen have. I felt no pressure at all and enjoyed his company and knowledge he had about the systems. Had a new heating system put in yesterday and heat pump install and I'm very happy with it. When this snow hit our furnace decided it didn't want to work anymore. I called Taylor hearing and A/c in the morning and they were so polite and had me scheduled for the next morning for diagnostics. Not only were we scheduled during this bad weather but the service Tech Donny Rogers called and was able to get to us a little earlier. He was so professional and nice and understanding of our situation. Checked everything out efficiently and gave us all the information up front so we could make the best decision for us.

With the issues we decided to move forward and replace the furnace because of the transparency and his expertise. I really appreciate the honesty and quote during these cold times. I would highly recommend using them for your needs and will do another update as the work is performed and we get heat!
