20 yo furnace started acting up - Jerry stopped by to do a check-up and found some MAJOR problems that could've turned into a mess and a half. Calmly walked us through not only the problems, but multiple solutions as well. Was professional the whole way through. Deided on a replacement instead a piecemeal fix, wasn't inappropriately upsold. Really appreciate the company and of course Jerry.

Hope to update the review after the install (which by yhe way will happen only 12 hours after the 1st visit!) Edit: next day, Brandon and Ryan did a fantastic full install, furnace and AC - friendly, super professional, knowledgeable dudes. Glad we picked Reimer!

Cody L. Installed new water heater and toilet. (Impressive: he hauled both new ones in & old ones out all by himself.) He was efficient, extremely nice and patiently answered my questions. Everyone I dealt with on phone, salesman (Chris), and Cody were excellent. I also feel cost was fair. Chris was very helpful in the decision-making process for the transaction. I feel confident using Reimer for my hvac/plumbing needs in the future.

They called me to confirm my appointment and I was at my moms doctor appointment that took a bit longer than usual due to a new system they were using. I informed the lovely lady on the call, and she was so nice and moved my appointment down and sent the staff to another appointment to give me time to get home. While not being upset which is superb.

Then when my repair guy came Derrick very professional, introduced himself and ask how I was doing and ask if I had any questions for him. We went over all the questions and then he started checking the furnace. Afterwards, Derrick was very thorough in explaining the process of buying a new furnace from the basic standard to the high efficiency one. It was a great experience minus the bad news that I needed a new furnace but this made it easier to process the news. Thank you

Adam, tech who did the annual boiler maintenance check, was excellent. He was professional, yet friendly and personable. Arrival time was prompt, arriving when indicated. He was easy to work with, understood and actually heard my concerns and questions, addressing all of them (he was patient as well). Would highly recommend Adam!

Our bathroom emergancy shut offs were leaking under the sink. We called Reimer and in a short time Steve was at our door to diagnose our issue. He wrote us a quote and the next day he came back to fix under the sink with all the correct parts. Steve is very knowledgeable, professional and kind. We know who were going to call for our plumbing needs. We highly recommend their business. Thank you!

I can't say enough about Reimer. As a company they are so responsive and knowledgeable. I had James C come out to do maintenance on my AC. He was so patient and taught me so much! He was thorough, he gave me options and he wasn't pushy at all. Truly a valuable experience all around. Update- I had an issue with my AC David M came out took care of the problem. Explained everything and gave me a plan moving forward. I cannot say enough about this company and David.

Our technician was very knowledgeable about our furnace and showed us what was going on in our furnace. We were very pleased with his explanation of everything. Cody and Matt showed up on time, replace 2 toilets at our home, very neat, organized, answered questions and were done in a timely manner. Andrew and Eddie serviced my 14-year-old furnace today. They made recommendations on how to prolong the life of my furnace, and also provided options for a new system. After careful consideration I decided to have a new system installed. They were extremely helpful and honest. This is the old furnace that will be replaced in two days. Had Dennis & Tommy out to my home to do a furnace and AC tuneup. Very happy with my service from start to finish. They were able to move my appointment up a week when my tub faucet went from bad to worse. Chris L. was very knowledgeable and was able to diagnose my problem almost instantly. He then gave me a very reasonable recommendation at a fair cost. I called Reimer for the first time because I was having a leak with my shower. I was really impressed with their service from the start. The woman who answered the phone was polite and made great notes about the problem I was experiencing. She was able to schedule me same day. Marty came to the service call and was wonderful. I am very pleased with Reimer Heating & Cooling. I had placed an emergency service request on a Sunday night and James Costianes responded immediately to my request for service. He was able to identify the issue and replace the part the same night of the call. He was professional and thoroughly explained the issue to me. This is the first time in the 16 years that I've owned my home that I've required cooling repair and I will be using Reimer going forward, and specifically requesting James C for maintenance services.

I had a pretty serious plumbing issue and called Reimer. Never dealt with them before and this has been a very good experience. Knowledgeable helpful friendly employees. This has been a trying issue for me but their responsiveness to me and my situation helped me handle it well. They were here 3 days total and everyone was just fabulous. Definitely keeping them for future issues or projects.

Mitch was very knowledgeable and explained the options we had available for a replacement hot water tank. Also, he was explaining the work that would be done and the benefits to becoming members. Todd and Sam were very professional, courteous, and helpful with the installation of our new tankless hot water tank. They answered all our questions and accommodated a request we had. I would absolutely recommend Reimer for any heating/cooling, or plumbing needs!

Our air conditioning system was not working properly and Reimer sent technician Andrew Westpfahl out to our home to diagnose the issue. After looking everything over, he did a great job in explaining the situation and all our options to resolve the problem. My wife and I decided to go with a brand new furnace and A/C system for peace of mind and Andrew went above and beyond to get us set up.

The following morning they sent an installation crew (Gavin Zaczek and Tyler Barnes) out to begin the job. These guys did a fantastic job of installing the new A/C system, furnace, and digital thermostat. They also did such a good job cleaning up, that you wouldn't even know an installation took place. These technicians were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and experienced. I couldn't have asked for a better outcome. Reimer - hands down, the best there was, the best there is, and the best there ever will be!

Chris was an amazing guy! Helpful and professional. Very knowledgeable. He was great with our dogs and respectful of my home. If I had cash, I would have given him a tip! I would recommend for anyone, but especially for people needing the sense of security/ empathy.

We are new to the area. They sent Mr Marty to the rescue. He was the best plumber I've ever ran into and this isn't my first time with major issues in other states. They were on time, good communication, honest and most importantly reliable. 100% recommend to anyone who needs any type of ac or plumbing repair or simple work.

This company was top Notch in customer service from start to finish. I started researching air conditioning installation and they were recommended to me through Lowe's. They immediately set up an appointment with me to come out and have a consultation with me. John from Reimer was an amazing educator for me in my new house. He had me stay by him every step of the way and he showed me everything that he was going to do and everything that needed to be done.

He provided me an even better financing option then I thought I was getting through the Lowe's credit card. He qualified me for financing through Wells Fargo. Within four days he had the air conditioning installation date. The two young guys that came to my house were Tyler and Gavin. Again, top-notch people and they showed me everything they did and educated me on the system.

They finish the job in about five hours. My house has never had AC before and they did a seamless job. The unit looks beautiful outside and it's nice and clean on the inside. They left me confident in how to use my AC system and very cool. I am fully satisfied with my selection and I would highly recommend them to anyone

Had to have the hot water replaced All options were clearly explained to us. The cost the time and warranty and maintenance schedule. We decided to go with your tankless system. Carl and Cody were on time professional and did the job in a very timely manner. Upon completion of the installation I was shown the unit and was completely informed of it's function. Carl and Cody left the space clean and we're extremely kind and welcoming me to Buffalo as this is my first time living here.

We had a furnace, hot water tank and sump pump replaced on two different occasions due to equipment failure. They were friendly, professional and experienced. Quick response. Explained everything in detail. What they quote you is what you pay. Highly recommend.
